Having Samm Diep as my coach has been one of the most important parts of my journey. She’s seen me at my best, smiling after a big win, and at my lowest, when the pressure and emotions got the best of me. Through it all, she’s never stopped believing in me.
Samm isn’t just a great coach, she’s someone who truly gets it. She knows when to push, when to listen, and when to just let me feel what I’m feeling. Her guidance goes way beyond the table. It’s not just about the mechanics or the strategy (even though she’s amazing at both), it’s about helping me grow as a person and a player.
She’s only been coaching me for two years, but I’m so glad our paths crossed. I love her and her family, and I’m beyond grateful for everything she’s poured into me.
